    Hi Evelyn! I've seen your note about the finecolour markers... you do not need to use the copics to do the class! It is a technique class and the techniques are exactly the same for every brand of alcohol marker. As it is technique based and not a finished project you can use any colour blend you like :)

    Hi Alyce,

    Thank you for the welcome note. I'm keen to do doing the classes but my alcohol markers are the full set (192) Finecolour Sketch Marker - (cheap knock off of the Copics) :( all I could afford at the time. I do have the Copics for skin colour as found the Finecolour ones didn't  have much in the skin tones. 

    I'm going to need to try and find a comparison for Finecolour vs Copics as I know it will drive me mad.

    I see you are looking to learn more about shading. Each of the technique classes covers shading, lightsource, and colours in depth for each topic. Our first topic is skin and hair, and we also have clothing for alcohol markers and copics and they are located herehttp://kitandclowder.ning.com/project.
