A destination weekend away filled with Clowdie fun at The Sheraton Anaheim
Join us for an amazing weekend away packed full of crafting, colouring, and fun! A great chance to escape the daily grind to get together with like minded crafters and create some new friends :)
We will be crafting in the Sheraton's castle themed hotel with majestic gardens for a weekend away packed with fun and adventure. The Shertaon Anaheim Hotel, is located in a prime position right in walking distance to Disneyland; a great place to extend your stay and make the most of your surroundings!
**PLEASE NOTE - This is not an annual event :) There will be no guarantees of a future USA retreat so make sure to jump in now while you can! I am travelling all the way from Australia and am so excited to meet you :)
What you can expect over the weekend
Commences 10am Saturday June 13 - Ends 4pm Sunday June 14
- Set classes designed and taught by Alyce of Kit and Clowder (min. 5 classes)
(covering markers, card techniques, mixed media techniques, and optional pencils. You do not have to have completed or even have started any Kit and Clowder classes to take part. We will go over the basics :)
- Marker techniques will be taught hooked up to a tv for easy viewing in a full class
- Additional projects to be worked on at your own pace in a Crop environment (or bring your own!)
- One on one time to go through any techniques or colouring - feel free to bring your own projects
- All materials for classes included in kits
(you will need to bring your basic craft tool kit and colouring mediums as required for the classes)
- Goodie Bags with extras
- On-Site Craft Shopping for additional supplies
- Games, Prizes, Many Surprises, and loads of fun! :)

Accommodation
The Sheraton Anaheim, Anaheim California
Rooms are double share. Includes Ensuite and free in room wifi.
If you prefer a single room this can be discussed for a little extra.
**Additional Friday Night accommodation available for early arrival for $80pp
Alyce will be there on Friday and if you are meeting the group we will have a dinner and get together :)
OPTIONAL - Disneyland is in very close proximity to the hotel. If you would like to stay extra nights at the group rate and explore Anaheim and Disney this is definitely an option, and Alyce will be staying a few days either side of the retreat :) You are most welcome to join in! This will be discussed with the group as an extra once your spot has been confirmed for the retreat :)

The event is catered for all main meals including:
Day 1: Lunch, 3 Course Dinner

$100 deposit will secure your spot if you need a payment plan :)
(If you need to discuss options please contact me - unfortunately the hotel minimum is 50% deposit upfront which is why this is being passed on)

If you have any concerns or special requirements I would be only too happy to help accommodate. If you are registering for a friend, simply go through to paypal and on the first screen change quantity on the left menu. If you are wanting to bring a hubby please secure your spot and email me for details on an invoice for the package price.
Payment Details:
- 50% upfront deposit is non-refundable due to the requirements and contract of the hotel.
- All finalised payments must be made by May 22nd unless a previous agreement has been discussed.
- Any snacks or additional costs that the customer wants to add to the weekend will be at the customer's own discretion and cost. Any gratuities are the responsibility of the customer.
- *Your class kit does not include markers, paints, pencils, or your basic tool kit. You will need to supply this for the weekend or share with a friend :)
- It is strongly recommended that you take out travel insurance to cover any cancellations that may occur from yourself, the hotel, or Kit and Clowder. In the event of a customer cancellation, a refund cannot be guaranteed due to hotel contracts. However you will receive all kits from the event. Every case will be reviewed individually though.
- Kit and Clowder reserves the right to cancel the retreat if there is cause.
