This is my first class that I purchased & finished because I wanted to know how to do pleats & folds effectively. I was very impressed with how simple all of the techniques were broken down and how easy they were explained in plain English for anyone to understand. I was always scared of using dark colours withing my work, but as Alyce explains, they really are the essence of getting that WOW factor we all look for! The results speak for themselves! You will not only learn numerous different typ

Well, here is my before and after. I am Marion Lones and this is the second class I finished. After getting a hang of how to use my  markers, this one was easier to follow for me than the Hair and skin class. There were so many techniques explained that I did not think about  before and it was so much fun. Of course there were a few hickups, but still, I even enjoyed this class more than the hair and skin. I really learned a lot and I see such improvement, the image seems so much more alive wi

I am just amazed at the difference in my colouring.  Not only with the clothing, which is what this before and after is about, but the skin and hair after classes.

Hi my name is Christina Gudgeon.  I have been colouring for approx. 9 months now.  I was getting frustrated with myself, I had spent so much money on all these lovely copics and discovered, the tools will not make you an artist.  The only thing is lessons and practise.  I had purchased many lessons and tutorials and watched hours and

Another fantastic class Alyce, I would never have thought of the techniques that are used and they give you some many options for colouring clothing its just endless. Pleats and folds now make sense and will make images really look sooooo good. Can't wait to apply all I've learnt which is awesome. Never thought I would be able to colour like this all down to you Alyce and your great teaching. My before and after pictures are so different and this stamp of Honey2284091?profile=RESIZE_1024x1024 has been the a really pain for so

I first took the skin and hair class, thinking I would learn a few things. But then.... WOW... so I signed up for the Clothing class and Animal class, and Whimsical Class......

Here is my before and after for my clothing class. The use of darker colors, the techniques for folds and pleats were amazing. Shiny, Patterned, etc.... it is all here. I can say that I have learned more in Alyce's classes than in any other craft class I have ever taken. And I have taken A LOT of classes. So totally wort

I am so very happy that I decided to take the Clothing Class at Kit and Clowder. I can't even tell you what a difference it has made in my work (maybe the before and after pics can tell you) . It's hard to believe that they were both colored by the same person- but they were! Alyce has a tremendous wealth of knowledge and talent and is so helpful with the classes. Her feedback has been so helpful, and it's wonderful to have unlimited access to the classroom videos so that I can continue to prac

Who would have thought that in only 5 months that I could color a gown like the green one.  Never in my wildest dreams did I think I could accomplish this.  But after many Youtube video's, DVD's that I purchased and some classes at stores I finally found the classes here at Kit and Clowder and found the magic wand I was looking for.  It took lots of practice but I kept at it and I am finally getting results that I am super excited about.  You can not go wrong with these classes...2283981?profile=RESIZE_1024x1024

Hi guys!

The clothing class well simply put is WOW WOW WOW!!!! Before Alyce's class I had tried doing the clothes but always backed off as I never really knew how to do it. I saw all these gorgeous images where the clothes looked real (Yep Alyce im talking about your work!!!) but never knew how to get this.

Like the Skin and hair class, everything is broke down into bite size pieces; the videos are fab, the instructions are clear !

Once I got into the class, it clicked! the theory made sense

I have now completed and have Graduation Certificate to prove it, lol.  The Skin and Hair Class and the Animal Classes.  Alyce Keegans easy teaching methods make these classes addictive.

I am now embarking on the Clothing Class and really looking forward to it.  Here is my before shot so there is a starting point.

2283943?profile=originalThis is actually before the Skin and Hair Class as well and I know I have improved from this.

2283907?profile=RESIZE_320x320I started the classes in November 2014 I know I couldn't have made a better choice. The class material is a wonderful value and I love the variety of digital stamp artists that are available to color in the class examples. The videos are easy to follow and understand. I began using Copics in November and I can't imagine I would have learnt as much as I have without Kit and Clowder.

I have learnt multiple skin tones and an immense variety of hair colors, not just the typical black, red, brown and

I have just completed the clothing class.

This as been an amazing course, there have been so many things to learn, sheer fabric's, iridescent fabric's how to colour when clothing is illuminated. These are techniques that I have seen others in the crafting world achieve, I wanted to colour like that however I didn't have the know how. I now have the know how as well as a better grasp on the theory, which means clothing can have movement, also how to make stylistic choices. At times I was pushed ou

I don't know where to start. Before I saw Alyce's classes i always wathced someone elses colourimg, because i didn't know how to colour pleats&folds. Now I have this class and i learned a loooot only watching some of the videos and reading the material. I 'm really thankful you made those classes Alyce and it will not be my one and only class.

But first of all I will start doing my exercises, cause I really need your precious feedback.

Adding before&after photos.

I thought that I was pretty good at colouring, but I was having trouble with images that had detailed clothing.  I tried to copy what I saw other people doing by looking at examples online, but I was never that happy with the result, so I decided to try the Clothing Class.  I am so glad that I did!  The classes are excellent at helping you to see how different pleats, folds and creases are laying so that you can apply the technique to images other than the ones covered in the class.  I am so hap

I began with the Skin and Hair class and I just loved and enjoyed them so much I decided I had to have this class! The videos are wonderful and though I have only made it through the first few classes, I love the feedback and help that Kit and Clowder has. My stamps look so much more complete with the clothing being as detailed as I make the hair and skin :)

I also love learning new color combinations and finding how best to add the contrast to make the clothing look stunning. It is a great class

After loving the Skin and Hair classes I signed up for, I realised I also need to do the clothing class so I could finish my images.  I did just that and am so pleased with the results.  My colouring has improved so much and I am back to really enjoying colouring with Copics.  I would really recommend these classes to anyone who is interested in in improving their colouring with Copic markers.

I haven't actually started on this class yet, but I have looked through the class material and exercise sheets.  Wow it is very comprehensive.  I can't wait to get started, but still a few animal classes to finish.  I will probably start the Clothing Class before finishing the Animals as I really need to learn the technique's involved in Pleats/Folds and creases.

At the moment I am finding there are animal lessons I need to complete pictures I have started.  That is how great Alyce Keegans classe

though I haven't finished this class, I love to format and thoughness. Well worth the money. Your coloring will definitely improve.

I love these classes so much not only do you get the best colouring tuition there is out there but you end up with the most amazing knowledge of fashion too, I now have a better understanding of box pleates, knife pleats, pipe folds ..... these words were not even in my vocabulary before this class.

I have always loved how colourists could make clothing on images look so fluid and so real, I have not finished this class yet, however my progress is astounding, there is a lot of theory in this clas

I haven't gotten my teeth into my clothing class as yet, but the content is unbelievable and the small portion that I have done has already taught me things I didn't know. Just reading through all that is provided immediately showed me that my money was well spent. I can't wait until the Christmas rush is over so I can really do justice to it and purchase another class as well. Karen Closter

Hi I would like to put in my 'views' on the wonderful things I have learnt from the classes from Alyce. I am still learning each time and perfection is almost there and I have other classes I am eager to get started on....Doing the clothing class has given me the greatest opportunity of tuning a very basic although lovely image, into something with a bit extra to 'ooh and ahhh' about. The pleats added to a plain dress looks amazing. I have many compliments on my colouring...thanks Alyce and I re
