First I want to thank Alyce for a great class, I loved every bit of that.
When I started this class I did´t have any knowledge of lightsourse, color combos, feather flick, technique breakdown and more.
But I have learned an incredible amount, the video´s are very informative and quick respons to photos and questions from Alyce.
I highly recommend this class with all my hart.

I finished my skin and hair clases... Yeah, Yeah. I am so excited!!!. I begun my classes on september 16th 2014..it pass only 7 months and I can say: I learnt a lot. More and more is still to learn. Alyce's feedback is amaizing, maximun two days after hung the photos on the kitandclowder page class. Every time that I write to her by email, messeger Facebook or in a page class she always responds me...And we have a lot of fun on a Facebook group page, we had card swap, a Bingo month, Book Reading Club. The Oscars night we had a party ... We had severals nominations ...we hung the photos on a facebook page and Alyce made the clasification and nominations... It was too much work for her but it was very very special... Every one of us felt especial that nigth....All the classes has a sponsor and you can have a discount of 20-50 % by every digi stamp. When I started this class I didn't have any knowledge of how to use alcohol markers, light source or even the paper I need to use. I am so happy I took this class! The lessons are great. The book and the videos are amazing, and the feedback one on one with Alyce is the best to keep improving. She is an amazing teacher and she helped me so much to get to this point in my coloring with all her advise and her encouragement. I couldn't thank her enough. I highly recommend this class.

I know its taken me awhile to complete, but can see the point in rushing when you enjoy doing something so much, I cant wait to get started on my clothing class, im sure its going to be just as good and ton see the end result when done, I think if your going to learn how to colour learn with the Best and Kit and Clowder with Alyce is the best in my books, thanks Alyce you are one hell of a great teacher...

When I first found Alyce and her classes, I was skeptical that one class could change how I colour so much.. But it has!! I can not tell you how awesome this class is or how supportive and inspiring Alyce is.
So if you are in the bucket with the rest of skeptics, climb out and give it a go!!

I found the class very challenging and hard to start with after asking questions (lots) and started to learn , once I dropped the thought of being perfect with each image I started to achieve ,I took the class on because I didn't know how to use the copic markers much at all only coloured with them . My before image is the top one and the bottom image is after doing the class , I know have the skills to colour my images , so pleased I took the class even though for me personal it was hard and I was ready to give up Alyce said no you can do it she believe in me when I didn't and could teach me at my level have never been a easy person to teach because I am a hands on person .

What a journey it has been.
Like most of us I have had my doubts about my colouring, struggling at times but amazed at what I am achieving.
I now have the skills to continue improving my colouring and it is all thanks to a great tutor.
The classes are brilliant and easy to follow at your own pace.
As for my before and after photo's I think you will agree there is a vast difference and all thanks to Alyce and her brilliant tutorials.

I decided to put a intro (when I started the course, Mid and Final so you can really see the depth and changes in both the skin and hair. I am soooo excited and loved taking this course. I really never imaged when I started my first video that I could come his far (so afraid of going too dark and ending up with orange skin LOL. I love that Alyce gives such good and gentle feedback that really made a huge difference. I enjoy coloring even more and I love a challenge. Its also nice to know that anytime I need a refresher I can go back at anytime and watch the videos.

This is my before and after images. The before image on the left I coloured in 2011. The one on the right I just coloured in last night. Looking at these two images it shows me how far my colouring has gone. Before kit and clowder, I looked at YouTube videos; i had joined other online classes. I even took a colouring copic class in my local area. But none of them feels like home to me than kit and clowder. It is not just a class; it is where you can chat to other members in this class who are also going through the same journey as you are with colouring.
You can post your images and you always get a positive reply. If you post your images for feedback, alyce - founder of kit and clowder, she will tell you in a positive way what needs to be improved. The feedback helps me to learn how to do better with my colouring.

I am excited to post my Before & After. The "before" was done about a year ago in March 2014 & the "after" was just recently done. The clothing I left blank as I am just starting the clothing class, so another fully coloured "after" image will be done soon. I can't wait!! :)
The Skin & Hair Class really is fantastic!! I was brand new to Copic last year when I found Kit & Clowder & signed up for the Skin & Hair Class. Looking back I really have had an amazing year learning how to colour and I have also learnt so much about myself as an artist. Alyce Keegan is an amazing teacher & has done an amazing job of putting these classes together. All of the written material is clearly written in a manner that everyone can understand & follow along with, and the videos are really enjoyable & relaxing to watch. I've finally graduated! It took me just over a year but I've enjoyed every second. I got hooked onto colouring in 2012 and soon discovered Alyce and her exceptional talent. As soon as classes were available I was straight in there! Skin and hair class has taken me to a whole new level; I now understand lightsource; I am now bolder with my colour choices and blends; I am overall more confident with my colouring and it feels fab! It IS a journey and being part of the Kit and Clowder family is THE best place to be if you wish to improve your colouring skills. I cannot recommend this class highly enough. Where else can you get one-on-one feedback almost 24/7?! Alyce is the little angel everyone should have in their pocket! If you are considering a class, my only advice is JUST DO IT! I almost gave up coloring with copic markers because i didn't get the results I wanted. However Alyce's bootcamps and her classes motivated me to work hard and improve my skills. With that I also regained my joy in coloring with copics. Her feedback on the classprojects were invaluable and detrimental to my improvement. I still have a long way to go, but Alyce's guidance made the journey more manageable and enjoyable.
